41% of countries have ‘rampant corruption’, says Transparency International

A new report by Transparency International paints a bleak picture of global corruption.Sixty, or 41 per cent, of 146 countries reviewed suffered from “rampant corruption”, stated TI when launching its Corruption Perceptions Index 2004 on October 20.
