Muhammad Ziaullah Khan Chishti, “born Wilson Dewy Lear”, described as “a dual citizen of the United States and Pakistan”; Qinhe (Hainan) Intelligent Technology Ltd., of China; Isbei Ltd., of the Cayman Islands; Isbei (Hainan) Technology Co. Ltd., of China; Isbei AI (Private) Ltd., of Pakistan, and Sarah Pobereskin, described as “a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom”, at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
