S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The alleged fraud and money laundering scheme involves entities and accounts in several jurisdictions, including Austria, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, England, Germany, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Marshall Islands, Panama, Russia, Scotland, Seychelles, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and USA, it was stated in the application.
