OffshoreAlert has come across another dubious Grenada-registered offshore bank that is operated by an American dentist.
Lincoln Investment Bank Ltd., which is run by Dr. Thomas E. Miller, of North Platte, Nebraska, has been offering depositors annual interest of up to 144 per cent.
