The Bermuda Internet Bank Ltd. is a joint venture between the Bank of Butterfield, Mutual Risk Management Ltd., ACE Insurance, Natsteel Technologies, Keytech Ltd., which is the parent company of the Bermuda Telephone Company; and Singapore-based banker Sami Midani.
