Bermuda-based Arch Capital Group Ltd. and four former managers of General Reinsurance Corp. who joined Arch have agreed not to use General Re trade secrets and client information, pending a trial over a General Re lawsuit against the parties, Business Insurance magazine reported on June 20, 2007.
