The U. S. Department of Justice has a conviction rate of approximately 95% at federal court so former UBS private wealth head Raoul Weil overcame substantial odds when, last November, he was acquitted by a jury at federal court in Florida of conspiring to help U. S. taxpayers evade taxes.
