A civil complaint has been filed in the United States against the Government of Dominica and two of its Ministers.The action was filed at the United States District Court for the District of Southern Florida in Fort Lauderdale on July 3, 2002 by Paradise Group LLC, of Florida; and Aramco Industries Ltd., of Dominica.
