XL Capital and three of its officers and directors have been named as defendants in a class action lawsuit alleging securities fraud.
The complaint was filed at the U. S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on November 20, 2003 on behalf of investors who bought shares between November 1, 2001 and October 16, 2003.
