Contempt motion filed against Belgian businessman Philip Deutz’s U.S. firm through which he ‘swindled Swiss firm out of $8.5M’

Switzerland-domiciled Loewenstein Invest Schweiz AG, which claims that Belgian businessman Philip Deutz has swindled it out of $8.5 million, has filed a contempt motion in the United States against his Delaware firm EDPNet Inc., whose books and records it has been trying to inspect for 20 months.
