Enron Corp.’s Bermuda-registered captive, Enron Re, has been given another 12 months to sort out its financial troubles.
An order adjourning winding-up proceedings against the firm for another year was issued at Bermuda Supreme on June 9, 2004, reported The Royal Gazette newspaper.
