The former boss of a fraudulently-operated offshore investment group has been convicted of illegally possessing two high-voltage stun guns that were found at his home in England during a raid by the UK Serious Fraud Office.
Lincoln Julian Fraser, 33, who co-founded the now-collapsed Imperial Consolidated Group, admitted possession of the guns during an appearance at Lincoln Magistrates Court, reported the Market Rasen Mail newspaper, in England.
