US-based businessman Keith E. Walsh has reached a settlement with the SEC for illegalities in the way he ran a now defunct Cayman-registered company called CS First Boston Offshore Cash Reserve Fund.
Walsh, 41, who lives in Pennsylvania, has agreed to be barred from association with any broker, dealer, investment adviser or investment company, with the right to re-apply after three years.
