Global Dominion Fund, which was part of a now-defunct Nevis-based financial services group, is being sued for fraud in the United States.
GDF, an affiliate company called Hooliman Trust and their controller, C. Nolon Bush, were added as defendants on November 21, 2003 to a lawsuit filed three years earlier at the U. S. District Court for the District of Utah.
