Managing Partner (BVI)

Callum is the Managing Partner, BVI of Sterlington international law firm. Callum focuses exclusively on Commercial Litigation and Insolvency matters in the BVI, often with cross-border elements. He is a highly experienced litigator and advocate with expertise in corporate shareholder disputes, contentious investment fund and trust disputes, and cross-border insolvency matters. Callum has now been exclusively practicing BVI law for the past ten years and he joins Sterlington from offshore firm Walkers where he was a partner in their insolvency and dispute resolution group. He has been working offshore for 16 years, including working in the Cayman Islands and Guernsey. Prior, Callum was based in Australia where he also handled a broad range of commercial litigation and insolvency work before the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia.
