  • Liquidators in a claim for over $450m against an offshore bank and high net worth individual, relating to a widespread VAT carousel fraud operation;

  • Offshore Liquidators regarding a $300m Quincecare claim against a global bank;

  • Administrators of a $150m collective investment scheme with assets consisting of numerous properties, luxury vehicles and private planes; and

  • Obtaining judgment with administrators in the high court which is understood to represent the largest ever (by value) preference claim successfully brought under the UK's 1986 Insolvency Act.
