This session will look at one of the gravest miscarriages of justice in British history in which the Post Office wrongfully prosecuted hundreds of sub-postmasters and sub-postmistresses for theft, false accounting and fraud between 2000 and 2014 - all based on mis-information from a newly-installed defective computer system called Horizon.
