Global Watergate: How Pegasus & Other Spyware Is Used To Spy On Adversaries

This session will look at how Pegasus and equivalent surveillance spyware, which provides attackers with full access to the target’s data, images, photographs, texts, camera, microphone and geolocation, is being used by Governments, including those of several countries in the European Union, and commercial enterprises to spy on journalists, lawyers, businesspeople, politicians, officials and other public figures, including the wife of Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was brutally murdered in 2018.
