District Court for the Southern District of Georgia on December 19, 2005.Defendants are Universal Re, Employers OneSource Inc., incorporated in Mississippi; Leslie Smith, President of Employers OneSource (EOS); Direct General Inc., William C. Adair Jr., Guy Carpenter & Company and Dean S. Minnie, all of whose domiciles are not identified in the complaint.
