John Garofano

Panama-based husband-and-wife Eddy and Cynthia Petion have been charged by the U.S. SEC with swindling $650 million from over 200,000 investors in a "crypto trading investment and pyramid scheme" via their Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-domiciled firm known as NovaTech.
