Mary Catherine Bruce

Offshore financial services provider Mary Catherine Bruce has been  found guilty of a criminal offense in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Bruce, a U.S. national, was fined $1,000 for lying about a previous criminal conviction when applying for TCI citizenship, which is known locally as 'Belongership'.
