Editor's Note: Research by OffshoreAlert in the Malta Business Registry showed that the directors and shareholders of ARQ Fiduciaries Limited are identified as Christian Farrugia and Tonio Fenech, both of Malta. Previous directors include Nicholas Gouder, of Malta, who resigned effective December 18th, 2019.
