The liquidators of Dubai-based, British Virgin Islands-domiciled All Blue Investments North Star 1 Ltd. and All Blue Investment Management Ltd. have filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy recognition in Miami amid an investigation into losses of $126 million from "improper naked short trades" and the suspected shifting of trading profits to two Cayman Islands affiliates, Red Rowan Investments Ltd. and Washington Muse Investments SPC.

Chapter 15 Petition for Recognition of a Foreign Main Proceeding in the British Virgin Islands by Martin Trott and Nathan Mills, both of R&H Restructuring, as the Foreign Representatives of All Blue Investments North Star 1 Ltd. (in Liquidation), described as an investment fund whose liquidators "have received over $125 million in claims filed by Broker-Dealers for improper “naked short trades” made by the Foreign Debtors in further of investment activities", and All Blue Investment Management Ltd. (in Liquidation), filed at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Complaint alleging "malicious and intentional self-dealing of monumental proportions to the tune of potentially hundreds of millions of dollars" involving shares in Trump Media & Technology Group Corp." that were allegedly diverted to, inter alia, "an offshore entity in the Cayman Islands" in ACRA Assets S.A., ADGH LLC, Axel Barrocas, Basil F. ARC Global Investments II LLC, Patrick Orlando, Benessere Investment Group LLC, Franlu LLC, and Belsize Ventures Ltd., of the Cayman Islands, at the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, USA.

Complaint alleging "fraudulent conduct and materially false and misleading statements and omissions made by Patrick Orlando, in his capacity as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Digital World Acquisition Corp." in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission v. Patrick Orlando at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Complaint seeking "a declaratory judgment that a joint defense agreement between Plaintiffs and TMTG is enforceable and TMTG is bound by certain confidentiality obligations in that agreement" in Patrick Orlando and Benessere Investment Group LLC v.
