Peter Fagan

Complaint alleging "Defendants - the operators of an international cryptocurrency platform - stole assets worth millions of dollars from Dr. Fagan, an occupational medicine specialist from a small town in Texas" in Peter Fagan v. Nexo Capital, Inc., of the Cayman Islands, and Antoni Trenchev, described as a resident of the United Arab Emirates, at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Two U. S. Virgin Islands-based companies offering offshore services were raided by more than 20 armed federal and local law enforcement agents on July 18.Officers from the Internal Revenue Service's Criminal Division in Puerto Rico and Charlotte, North Carolina and the Virgin Islands Police Department executed search warrants at the offices of Agilis Benefit Services LLC and Allied Management Partners LLC, which are located within one block of each other on Strand Street, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, reported local newspapers.
