Evo Bechtiger, Bernhard Lampert, Peter Rüegg, Roderic Sage, Rolf Schnellmann, Daniel Wälchli, and Allied Finance Trust AG, described as "a financial services company in Zurich", at the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
