Nikolay Goltsev, Salimdzhon Nasriddinov, Kristina Puzyreva, Vladimir Bochkarev, Pavel Chernikov, Yekaterina Vetoshkina, and Oleg Zenchenko, all citizens of Russia, at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
