Liquidators in the Cayman Islands and United Arab Emirates who are investigating the alleged misappropriation of at least $43 million from a Cayman investment vehicle for six Kuwaiti brothers have filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy recognition in the United States.

Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
