Two United States residents are in custody pending their extradition to Costa Rica, where they have been accused of perpetrating a multi-million dollar investment fraud.
Gerard Joseph Latulippe, 65, a resident of Hampton, New Hampshire, and Elwyn Ralph Jacobs, 82, a resident of Okeechobee, Florida, were arrested on June 3, 2008, and June 10, 2008, respectively.
