Bermuda-based Winchester Global Trust Company and two other legal entities are being sued in the United States for allegedly unpaid legal fees totaling $126,593.The lawsuit was filed by New Jersey-based law firm Youngblood, Corcoran, Lafferty, Hyberg & Waldman PA at New Jersey at the Superior Court of New Jersey on April 15, 2005.
