‘Your information is causing me distress’, writes Eitan Misulovin

David,

In reference to an AMLAT, my name and company (Eitan Misulovin, Emery Management Group and family members) were mentioned in the article (https://www.offshorealert.com/michael-komissarouk-israel-money-laundering.aspx). Attached please find the US Attorneys conclusion in which he dismissed the request in its entirety as it relates to myself, the company and my family.

This has caused me distress and we hereby request that you amend the information published on the site to either remove or update the information to accurately reflect the most accurate filing, i.e., the US attorney investigated the matter and found no wrong doing by any of the persons mentioned in the Israeli request.

If you have any questions, or require additional information, please reply to this email or call me at 917 509 7549.

Thanks,

Eitan

Your statement that "Attached please find the US Attorneys conclusion in which he dismissed the request in its entirety as it relates to myself, the company and my family" is false. The attachments show nothing of the sort. The U. S. Attorney's Office was asked to obtain evidence in Florida for use in the criminal investigation in Israel and such evidence was indeed obtained, as one of your attachments shows.
